Do you provide any other services besides the ones listed on this site?We will provide any service for you as long as it is legal and ethical. Please don't hesitate to ask us about additional services if you don't see it on our services page. What are your hours of operation?In order to provide the best service possible we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week depending on your request. Our general office hours are M-F 9am to 5pm. How much notice do you need before providing a service?We require a 24 hour notice for all of our services. We can still provide service if requests are made without a 24 hour notice but an additional fee may be applied. What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?East Coast Concierge accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept cash and travelers checks. What are the prices for your services?After evaluating your needs we will provide you with different membership packages to choose from. In instances where you do not wish to become a member we will gladly service your needs but, with an evaluated non-member fee. We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Cash. All request require payment upon service rendered. |
